Orders & payment

An order is a request to purchase, not a contract. It becomes binding when we confirm it (for COD) or when payment is captured (for bKash). Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT.

COD orders

We verify every COD order by phone before dispatch. Fake or refused-on-delivery orders may result in the phone number being blocked from future COD.

Authenticity

All products are 100% genuine. If you can prove otherwise with a brand-authorized assessment, we offer a full refund plus return shipping.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure, or events beyond our control.
