Yes. Every pair is 100% genuine and verified at our warehouse before dispatch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (COD) and bKash. Pay cash when your order arrives, or pay instantly with bKash.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 24–48 hours. Outside Dhaka: 48–72 hours. Remote areas may take up to 5 days.
How much is delivery?
৳70 inside Dhaka, ৳120 outside. Free shipping on orders over ৳3,000.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original box. Use our Returns page to start a request.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send an SMS with the courier tracking ID. You can also request updates via WhatsApp.
Do you ship outside Bangladesh?
Currently we only deliver within Bangladesh.
