We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Size exchange
Got the wrong size? No problem. Use our Returns page to request an exchange. We'll arrange pickup and ship the correct size once we receive the original.
Returns (refund)
Eligible for defective or wrong-item cases. Refunds are processed via bKash within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
